Practical systems for a calmer business.
You're great at the work. I make the business side run just as well.
One person, wearing every hat you'd otherwise hire out.
I've spent over 20 years helping owner-led businesses thrive, from managing a Top 100 restaurant in San Francisco to operating my own yoga studio and massage practice. I was also a key member on a five-person team for NYT-bestselling author Brendon Burchard, helping manage events and curriculum for one of the world's leading high-performance coaches.
I know what it takes to run a global brand, but I also know the reality of mopping the floors of your own place after a long day.
Now I'm bringing my 'Jane-of-all-trades' problem-solving to your business. I design and build the systems, train the staff, and handle the headaches so you can get back to doing the work you love.

We'll find the right place to start.
You don't need a tidy project list. Bring what keeps slipping, taking too long, or living in your head. I'll sort it into a short list and start with what moves the needle most.
You won't have another person to manage.
I bring the priorities and handle the follow-through. Between our monthly calls the work keeps moving. You stay in the loop without running it.
We'll make sure the fit is right first.
It starts with a free call. We talk through what's stuck and whether I'm the right person. If I'm not, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better. Nothing to sign.
Everything starts with a free call.
You're overwhelmed. I'll help you cut through the mass of todos to find what matters.
An ongoing partnership
The first month is the Lay of the Land, a concise but thorough read of your whole business: competitors, positioning, website, social, offers, and the quick wins to make first. After that, we work through your priorities at a brisk but steady pace, with monthly calls to keep you on track. What's included depends on your business:
- The monthly priority list. The most important things to focus on right now, so you don't go running after every to-do or, worse, ignore them all.
- A website when that's the priority. Not just a template with your name on it: designed and written for you, built for both Google and AI search. A website build is its own focus, so we plan it together rather than run it alongside everything else.
- Content that doesn't eat your week. A simple plan for social and email, plus a second set of eyes on anything customer-facing (posts, programs, emails) before it goes out.
- The behind-the-scenes systems that run without you. Onboarding, staff training, client intake, the workflows you keep meaning to fix. I help you set them up so they grow with you.
Fair questions.
A VA does the tasks you hand them. My job is figuring out what the tasks should be and then helping you handle them. You're not buying an extra pair of hands. You're buying the person who helps you decide on the roadmap.
Ask it the other way: what's it costing you to keep doing this (or not doing it) yourself? The website that never gets finished, the systems living in your head, the nights on admin instead of the work you're actually good at. Instead of feeling like you 'should' hire half a dozen agencies, none of which see the whole picture, you work with a 'Jane-of-all-trades' who actually brings solutions.
That's the normal starting point, not a red flag. You're an expert at your craft. Running the business side is a different skill entirely, and it's mine. You don't need it figured out before we talk; figuring out what to do first is the job.
Month one is the Lay of the Land, a full read of your business and what can be done now. After that we work your priorities at a steady pace: the website when that's the need, workflows that increase meaningful output, or a second set of eyes before anything goes to customers. Monthly calls keep it moving. You always know what's next.
Let's figure out what you need.
